    Hi,

    I'm using StreamServe v5.6.0.

Currently, I'm using document broker plus to store the records and binary data for other streamserve application to perform a merging process for the same group. The records in the Document broker plus are keep increasing and use up many space.

How can I automatic housekeep the records for every 3 month instead I manually delete the records using the Database Administrator Tools?

Can provide the step or guide for me so I can easily create it?

    Thank you.

    Best Regards,

    Hi Rajkumar,

You mean use scheduler in the streamserve control center to housekeep the records?

And do you have any sample or step to do so?

    thank you.

    Hi,

You should refer to the Streamserve documentation for the database. For instance the "Maintaining StreamServe repositories" in the "OpenText StreamServe 5.6 Microsoft SQL Server Database Guidelines.pdf " if you use MSSQL. This describes recommended actions for maintaining the repositories.

    Regards
