By registering, you agree to follow these Usage Guidelines:

1. Keep it relevant.
For everyone's benefit, please stay on topic. The forum is specifically provided to allow StreamServe customers and partners to help each other through communication about their use of StreamServe solutions. Please refrain from discussing personal matters, abusing any company or product, or, in general, from posting content that is unrelated to the resolution of issues regarding StreamServe’s solutions.

2. Keep it courteous.
Everyone wants to have a positive experience while on StreamShare. Please make sure that you are not detracting from any other user's experience. In particular, please refrain from posting anything unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, harassing, threatening, harmful, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory or otherwise objectionable or injurious to third parties. Your opinions are always welcome, but personal attacks and harassment ('flaming') on StreamShare is not acceptable.

3. Keep it spam-free.
This community is provided as a service to StreamServe customers and is not intended for the promotion of third party services, products, websites, or organizations. Please refrain from posting content that would constitute advertising, junk mail, spam, chain letters, or any other form of unauthorized solicitation. This does not, however, prohibit you from including a link to your external website in your community signature.

4. Keep it legal.
It is unacceptable to post any material (i) that would infringe on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party, (ii) that contains software viruses or any other computer code or files that are designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software or hardware, (iii) that is deemed to be illegal by any local, state, federal, or international law, rule or regulation, or (iv) that suggests or encourages illegal activity.

5. Be careful.
Most participants in this forum are happy to assist you, but remember that their advice is theirs only and that your situation, configuration, or implementation may differ from theirs. You are responsible for deciding whether to follow advice given by another user in this community. Apply the same good judgment here that you would apply to information anywhere on the Internet. If the advice given by a user sounds wrong to you, do not try it. Additionally, you should not post personal information on this forum including your name and address, age, or phone number. Furthermore, if any user asks you for personal information, such as an account number, address, password or credit card number, do not provide it.

6. Keep confidential information confidential.
You may not use the forum to disseminate or discuss any confidential information of you, your company, StreamServe or any other person or entity. You are solely responsible to ensure that anything you post does not contain information that may be deemed confidential by a third party. This includes any proprietary information, trade secrets, and the terms or existence of StreamServe related agreements, nondisclosure agreements, sales or service agreements or other information that may be deemed confidential.

7. StreamServe retains the right to remove content and limit users' access.
StreamServe does not generally edit or monitor content posted by participants in StreamShare. However, StreamServe retains the right, at its sole discretion, to limit users' access to StreamShare and to remove material that, in StreamServe's sole judgment, does not comply with the current Usage Guidelines, or that is otherwise inappropriate for this forum, harmful, objectionable, or inaccurate. StreamServe also retains the right to assign such right to some members of the StreamShare community. StreamServe is not responsible for any failure or delay in removing such material. Moderators may take any action they deem necessary in their own judgment to support the Usage Guidelines, and, in general, prohibit content that can detract from the experience of other users or the purpose of the support community. Such actions may include editing or deleting material, and banning individual users.

Violation of the Usage Guidelines or other terms could result in the suspension or termination of your access to these services. If your account is suspended, you will not be able to sign in.
